No Plan B

Isaiah 54:2-4 (MKJV) "Make the place of your tent larger and let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings. Do not spare, lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes; for you shall break out on the right hand and on the left. And your seed shall inherit the nations and people will inhabit ruined cities. Do not fear; for you shall not be ashamed, nor shall you blush; for you shall not be put to shame; for you shall forget the shame of your youth, and shall not remember the reproach of your widowhood any more."

Bill Yount
Recently while praying, facing a great challenge, I heard the Father say, "There is no Plan B." It dawned on me that since God was saying there is no plan B, that this means I am not plan B either...I am still God's plan A. A great burden lifted off of me as all my doubts over the many years, where I thought I had missed God or made too many mistakes and failures, just vanished as He spoke those few words to me. I believe right now the enemy is trying to convince many in the Body of Christ that they have missed God's plan A for their lives. All through the Bible God's chosen battled with that lie. As long as the enemy can get you thinking about a possible plan B, you will be double-minded in all you do and you won't be able to focus on God's plan A for your life.

"For the Gifts and Calling of God are Without Repentance" Romans 11:29

I wonder when Peter denied Christ three times if he thought plan A for him was out of the question? But look whom God chooses to preach the first sermon on the day of Pentecost to bring in 3,000 souls! Peter allowed his denial to drive him deeper into Christ, and as a result Peter became a strong tent stake in the New Testament Church as God added to the Church daily (Acts 2:47).

I wonder if Joseph wondered where God's plan A went as he looked up out of the dark pit that his wicked brothers threw him into. Perhaps he lived with the regret of the mistake of telling them his dream. Later sitting in prison for about 12 years, in spite of his innocence, must have given him some doubts if God's plan for his life had actually changed to plan C. But as he goes from the pit to the prison to the palace, he discovers it was God's plan A all along! God was in all of the above!

Jonah runs in the opposite direction of God's call to go to Nineveh to preach repentance to them. He ends up in the belly of a whale. He saw the plan of death beginning to take place for him, but the whale gets sick because God's plan A is in its belly, and as Jonah cries out to the Lord, the whale spits him out so he can still get to Nineveh! (See Jonah 2.)

It's Time to Drive a Stake in the Ground and Proclaim, "I Am God's Plan A"

I believe the Lord sees our mistakes differently than we do. A friend of mine was sharing about a retreat he went on with the Lord. The first couple days He was confessing to the Lord his shortcomings and was telling the Lord that he felt he had made too many mistakes in his life and ministry. He was telling the Lord how He should have been more cautious and made less mistakes. A day later the Lord spoke to him, "Son, I can turn a mistake into a miracle."

As the Lord spoke to me that there is no plan B, I saw the word mistake highlighted in the Spirit. I could see that the word "mistake" has the word "stake" in it, and it also has the letter A in it. I believe the Lord is showing that in spite of many mistakes and adverse situations, we still have a stake with plan A in it, and we need to drive that stake into the ground and proclaim, "I am God's plan A!" I believe this stake can become the tent stake in Isaiah 54:2 "strengthen your stakes..." in order for God to expand His Kingdom.

As you drive your tent stake into the ground you will discover it has to be pounded hard to go deep into solid ground to make the place of your tent larger. I believe the reason we have lost focus of our lives being plan A is because of the pounding of everyday life, the enemy, and certain people who have come against us who have helped to pound us deeper into the ground.

I saw the imprint of plan A on the head of the stake to be driven into the ground, which represented our purpose and destiny so the tent could be stretched out. But through the many years of being pounded, the letter A has worn off of the head of the tent stake and we have lost focus of God's plan A and become weary and seemingly have lost our identity. Now we must see by faith that we are still plan A and be willing to be driven even deeper as we give God the permission to use whatever and whomever He chooses for us to go deeper. How deep? All I know is that the tent peg or stake is the most hidden part of the tent, driven so deep in order to hold the expansion of our tent that God has in mind.

"Let 'Them' Stretch Out the Curtains of Your Dwellings..." Isaiah 54:2

As I was pondering this Scripture, I was wondering who "them" was. I sense the Lord showing me that "them" are "whoever will" may come to stretch the curtains of our habitations. Stay alert, "them" could represent your neighbor, your community, your city, and your nation, who will challenge you to be stretched. We must be open to different faces, different places and different ideas that are coming our way from those who are coming to pull the life of Christ out of us!

Make sure your tent peg or stake goes deep into solid ground. Be open, because their pulling on the Christ in us will result in stretching us into their arts, their music, their media and their world. We must allow them to pull on us and stretch us into their dark habitations in order for us to be the light rising in gross darkness. Different faces and all kinds of people are coming to stretch us. The governments of our cities and nations will be pulling on us for answers. We must grant God permission to allow them to stretch us.

Endure the pounding, the stretching has begun!

When I Go...

An office mate of mine was answering a random question on Xanga. The question: "If you died today, what would your epitaph say?" I found it very interesting and posted my answer on my friend's blog.

At the top of my head, my answer to the question was this:

"He brought nothing into the world when he was born. He left everything behind when he died."

I hope that when my time comes to say goodbye to this earthly tent that I would have given away everything in me to the next generation, for my nation and for the Kingdom of God.

- - - - -

In connection to this, I would also like to have this song played during my funeral...

All My Tears
[Julie Miller, as covered by Jars of Clay]

When I go don't cry for me, in my Father's arms I'll be
The wounds this world left on my soul will all be healed and I'll be whole
Sun and moon will be replaced with the light of Jesus' face
And I will not be ashamed, for my Savior knows my name

It don't matter where you bury me, I'll be home and I'll be free
It don't matter where I lay, All my tears be washed away

Gold and silver blind the eye, temporary riches lie
Come and eat from heaven's store, come and drink and thirst no more

It don't matter where you bury me, I'll be home and I'll be free
It don't matter where I lay, All my tears be washed away

So weep not for me my friends, when my time below does end
For my life belongs to Him, who will raise the dead again.

It don't matter where you bury me, 'cause I'll be home and I'll be free.
It don't matter where I lay, all my tears be washed away

Heart of Revival

During our time of soaking with our worship team the Lord showed me a vision of the globe with the Philippine archipelago on the horizon. Then I saw a big white arrow point down on the Philippines.

As the Lord brought me closer, I saw that the arrow was pointed towards Cebu island. As the arrow points on the island, a shockwave spreads from Cebu, to the Philippine islands, then to the rest of the world.

Then as the Lord brought me closer I see the words "PERPETUAL BRIGHTNESS" labeled on Cebu island. Then the Lord brings me closer and I see that the tip of the arrow rests above Cebu City and He says to me this is the center of true worship.

As the Lord brings me even closer I see that the tip of the arrow is pointing at a heart -- it was my heart; it was the heart of every Cebuano worshiper. And then the Lord says, "THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS!"

Spiritual Drowsiness

Francis Frangipane: "For Dreams to Come True - You Must Wake Up!"
[from the Elijah List]

Just because we walk and talk does not mean we are truly awake. Zechariah was not sleeping when an angel roused him "as a man who is awakened from his sleep" (Zechariah 4:1).

Perhaps we too need to be shaken from our slumber to possess the promises of God! Amazingly, in spite of all the signs, wonders, and warnings announcing that we are truly in the last days, Jesus also said there is a mysterious drowsiness that we have to overcome. Indeed, immediately after highlighting the various evidences of the end (see Matthew 24), He compares the Church to virgins who "all got drowsy and began to sleep" (Matthew 25:5).

Virgins sleeping at the end of the age: this seems incomprehensible with all the signs in the Heavens and wonders upon the earth, not to mention the increasing presence of Christ. Yet this phenomenon is something we each battle: the tendency to become spiritually drowsy and lose our focus as we wait for the Lord's return.

There is a subtle activity of the enemy that dulls our perception and seduces our zeal. Our vision takes a backseat to other less important aspects of life. From the beginning, the voice of satan has had this lulling effect on mankind. Eve's excuse for disobedience was, "The serpent hath caused me to forget" (Genesis 3:13 Young's Literal Translation).

This sense of spiritual forgetfulness, of drowsiness, is the cloud of blindness that we each must discern and overcome. It was in regard to this that the Holy Spirit spoke to my heart through the following dream.

"If You Want Your Dream to Come True, You Have to Wake Up"

There was a temple standing in an open field. My view of the temple was from its side, about 200 yards away. I could not see its front, yet it must have been completely open because great light flashed out from the inside; it pulsed like lightning, yet was solid like sunlight. The block of light issued straight out, and I knew this light was the glory of God.

The temple was so close that I knew that with a little effort I could enter the glory of God. His holy presence was clearly within my reach. There were also others directly in front of me that I recognized as people from church. Everyone seemed very busy. And while the temple and its light were visible and readily accessible to all, every head was bent downward and turned away from the light; each was occupied with other things.

I heard one person say, "I have to do laundry." Another said, "I have to go to work." I could see people reading newspapers, watching televisions, and eating. I was sure everyone could see the light if they wanted to - even more sure that we all knew His glory was near.

There were even a few people reading the Bible and praying, but everyone maintained the downward thrust of their gaze; each had a mental barrier of some kind between themselves and the place of God's presence. No one, in fact, seemed capable of standing up, turning, and steadfastly walking into the very near glory of God.

As I watched, suddenly my wife lifted her head and beheld the temple in the field. She stood and walked without pausing toward the open front. As she drew closer to the light, a garment of glory formed and thickened around her; the closer she went, the more dense the light surrounding her became until she stepped in front of the temple and turned completely toward the blazing face of God.

Oh! How jealous I felt. My wife had entered the glory of God before me! At the same time I realized that there was nothing stopping me from approaching God's presence - nothing except the pile of things to do and responsibilities that, in truth, ruled my life more than the voice of God.

Pushing the weight of these pressures from me, I determined to rise and enter the temple myself. But, to my great regret, in my dream as I rose up, I suddenly woke up!

The longing and disappointment within me seemed unbearable. I had been so close to entering God's presence. How I wanted to enter the temple and be swallowed up in His glory!

I cried, "Lord, why did You let me wake up?"

Instantly, the word of the Lord responded to my cry. He said, "I will not have My servant's life fulfilled by a dream. If you want your dream to come true, you have to wake up."

Breaking Passivity - Setting Priorities

Beloved, today, God is awakening us to the reality of His presence. The promises the Lord gives us in the Scriptures must become more to us than dream-like realities only reserved for the hereafter. Moses frequented the glory of God! Israel's seventy elders ate and drank in God's resplendent glory (see Exodus 24:9-11). Jesus unveiled God's glory on the Mount of Transfiguration! Paul says that we all can behold the glory of God and be transformed by it (see 2 Corinthians 3:18).

For this reason, the Scripture says, "Awake, sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you" (Ephesians 5:14). If we truly want Christ to "shine" upon us, we must arise from the distractions that entomb us in lethargy and spiritual darkness.

Right at this moment, the presence of the living God is near enough to hear the whisper of your heart. But if we want our dream of standing in the presence of God to come true, we must wake up.

White Fields

On my day of fasting, I took a walk from the office to the nearby village and just walked with God and kept my ears pealed for His voice. He gave me this vision.

I was walking on a field of wheat. A voice told me I was walking on a “white” field. I could see the stalks of wheat to my left and to my right – they were dancing in the wind. I was feeling the wheat with my hands [this resembled the scene in Gladiator where Maximus’s spirit is reunited to his family].

Suddenly, a rider on a while horse came galloping towards me. He looked like the Son of God. He was dressed in white robes. He was carrying a sickle, which he was swinging on the wheat as he moved fast toward me. At first, I thought he was going to swing his sickle at me to kill me – by severing my head, no less. But instead he stops his horse right in front of me.

I looked down for a moment, and when I lifted my eyes toward the horse and its rider, I saw that the man with the sickle had disappeared and instead, I saw a woman dressed in a bridal gown, which was colored in radiant white. She was holding the sickle and she approached me.

As she got closer, she offered the sickle to me – giving it to me with both her hands. I didn’t know what it was for at first, so I asked her. “What is this for?”

She says, "It's now time for harvest."

Kathie Walters: The Almond Tree Challenge--God is Asking: "WHAT DO YOU SEE?"

What Do You See?

I have a question for you today--I believe it's a question God is asking you. God actually asked Jeremiah this same question I am going to ask you. Ready?

First, a little background. Remember that at the beginning of Jeremiah's ministry, he didn't exactly have a great established ministry. I mean, he wasn't running around Israel speaking at big conferences and doing seminars. He was a kid, really. Well, a teenager, anyway.

When God first talked to Jeremiah about his calling to preach, He said, "Jeremiah, you know I called you before you were born and ordained you to be a prophet to the nations." Well, Jeremiah freaked out. He heard this before--after all, his dad was a preacher. But, you know, in your mind it's always, "Sometime down the road, when I am more mature."

Jeremiah answered the Lord and said, "You've got to be kidding. I'm just a kid, don't ask me. I can't do anything." Now, I know this is the Walters Translation, but go read it--that's what it says. If you want the King James Version, Jeremiah said, "Then said I, 'Ah, Lord God! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child'" (Jeremiah 1:6). But, you know people didn't speak in King James English then, just like we don't do that today.

God ignored Jeremiah's vision of himself as a useless kid. He said, "Don't say that, because I have put My word in your mouth." Then God gave him a pretty heavy-duty commission right there. Did He say, "Now, Jeremiah, go off to Bible school and study hard. One day you will mature enough to qualify to be used in the ministry"? No, no! Out of the blue, God said to the teenager, "Oh yes, I've called you to go to the nations; in fact, I've set you OVER nations and OVER kingdoms" (kingdoms usually include several or many countries). "You can pull down and uproot stuff and all kinds of powerful things." He told Jeremiah not to be afraid of their faces; He said, "I'll be there for you." When it says the face (or eyes) are a mirror of the soul, let me tell you, it really is.

Without even stopping to ask if Jeremiah was okay about it all, God suddenly said, "Well, what do you see, Jeremiah?" Jeremiah's dad was a priest, so he was used to God stuff--but not at that moment. God said, "What do you see, Jeremiah?" Jeremiah had to get into faith, quick. That is, you have to see by faith. Young Jeremiah had a vision, "I see a rod of an almond tree."

Aaron's rod was made from the branch of an almond tree, and in Hebrew it means "an awakening one." Jeremiah was seeing his destiny in his faith (but he didn't realize it yet). He was called to be an "awakening one." God told him to prophesy and challenge the people of Israel about their calling and destiny. God told him to go and wake them up. Personally, I would have asked God to send someone else and pleaded ignorance. Well, he tried that anyway--but it didn't work.

You know what? Often people don't like to be woken up. Not too many people are woken out of a slumber and get up in a good mood. You are mostly unhappy with the cause of the "awakening." "An Awakening One" was a good name for Jeremiah. "Mr. Popularity" wasn't exactly a good description of him.

So then...this is my question from the Lord to you: "What do you see?" I am not talking about the natural realm.

Take some time to chill out--take a break, go out for a nice meal, relax, take a couple of days--then go sit at the feet of Jesus. "Snuggle, don't struggle," is one of my favorite sayings, or, "Nestle, don't wrestle." Then get into rest and ask the Holy Spirit to show you what He sees for YOU. Not for your town. Not for your church. Not even for your husband or wife right now--but for you personally. Your vision has to start with you, doesn't it? If you don't have a real vision for yourself, then you won't be able to believe with someone else for their vision.

The Thing About Vision

Do you remember those old TV sets? They had a tube, and when they got old, the tube would start to go. Do you remember what happened when the tube was going out? The picture would gradually get smaller and smaller. No one wanted to buy a new tube because it was expensive, so you waited until the last minute. You were leaning over sideways to see the wide but shrunken picture.

So what are you seeing? Most people are seeing a shrunken picture. My husband, David, says, "Most Christians aim at nothing and hit it." You can only aim at what you see. If you see a small call or a small destiny or a small vision, that's all you will aim for.

My challenge for you is this: See what God sees for YOU. He has a great vision--He has a big vision! We see our town, our family, our little place in the grand scheme of things. But God sees nations, God sees a place without walls. God has no limitations in His vision. He sees no limits for you--you can have what you believe and you can believe what you see--IF you can see by faith. You have God's faith in you--believe it! Because "...to every man is given the measure of faith" (Romans 12:3).

What Is Your Adventure?

The Bible says that the will of God is delightful, "I delight to do Thy will, Oh my God" (Psalm 40:8).

God puts His desires in your heart. In other words, He puts His desires in your heart so that when you do according to your heart, it's delightful, it's wonderful, it's full of adventure and it's full of God. All you have to do is allow the Holy Spirit to show you what He sees for YOU. You have a wonderful, awesome, big and great destiny to fulfill.

If you are doing something tonight in the way of serving God and it's not delightful, forget it--it's just works. And, sorry to say, God is not interested in your works, He's interested in His works. He is not going to anoint your works, He anoints His works. The glory of God will never come on what you do--the glory comes on what He does. It's not trying, it's yielding to the anointing.

Isn't it easier to yield rather than to try and strive and work at it? Trying can be very trying. God is not running around your city trying to recruit workers for the Kingdom, He is just wanting His sons and daughters to rise up and be who He called them to be. You're not a sinner saved by grace--you were a sinner saved by grace, but now you are a son or a daughter of Almighty God. You are royalty of the Royalty, an heir of righteousness and an heir of the Kingdom. You don't have to earn it, you can't qualify for it--Jesus gave you this inheritance, freely. He paid for it 100% when He died and rose again.

But First, Enjoy Him

I nearly forgot to remind you--your first calling is to enjoy God. He called you to first enjoy Him. Don't go out and serve Him unless you enjoy Him. Do you know Jesus is in love with you? He totally adores you--He doesn't just tolerate you. He made you of His divine nature--eternity is in you. He has given you His power and righteousness and clothed you with the beautiful garments of Salvation.

This is a new and living way--walk in it and begin to see what HE sees for YOU.

As I Lay Dying, I Prophesied

The valley of dry bones is going to be a battlefield where the destinies of many will be waged war on. As those who speak life to the dry bones speak, there will be instantaneous regeneration of flesh – in a twinkling of an eye, not gradual. I see the bones – as soon as they hear the words of life spoken – leap up and became warriors of flesh and blood… and spirit. As those who have come to the valley to speak life to the dry bones are speaking, others [those who have heard the call and have awakened] are helping the risen warriors and equipping them and leading them to the thick of the battle. I see angels battling alongside the warriors of God – waging war against demons, principalities… and the devil himself. Many are now rising up and are rushing to meet the horde of the enemy face on – fearless ones standing on their God-given identities and donning the full armor bravely – ready to give their lives for their promised land.

There is going to be a "take no prisoners" attitude in the hearts of the young warriors who have risen up and taken up sword and shield to war. There is going to be no fear of death – for death will be no longer an issue for the brave ones. There will be such a strong spirit of unity among them that at the mere sight of seeing God's soldiers march – no, run – towards their enemy, will make the demons tremble where they stand. There will be no room for an "every man for himself" attitude but each will prefer the other in love, protect each other's back in love, fight alongside each other in love, draw swords together in love, strike at the enemy in love… OVERCOME IN LOVE!

Strategies. Much power. Wisdom. The generals have been equipped and so are their foot soldiers. The Lord has downloaded His heavenly strategies for war and the generals have discerned it. As these strategies are now being applied, much power will be released upon those who will risk all in this war. Wisdom – to know how to strike and to know how to win – has been appropriated to each warrior, and they will fight with great accuracy and precision that not one swing of the sword will be wasted, but each blow will be felt by the kingdom of darkness, reverberating all the way to Satan's throne… if there ever was one.

I see more and more dry bones being restored; more and more rising up and rushing to the heart of the battle; more and more hearing the trumpet call and the beat of the war drums; more and more taking up their weapons; more and more running alongside others who have once fallen asleep but are now awakened by the blood of the Lamb.

I see feet running. I see banners of victory in the air. I see swords, swords, swords drawn, brandished in the air. I hear shouts of victory. I hear loud cries of desperation. I hear hearts resounding their battle cry. I see an army… undefiled… united… unafraid… unwavering… unyielding… unrelenting… unwilling to leave the battlefield without claiming their already won victory.

Seek and destroy. That's one of God's strategies. As we seek Him first, as we seek His kingdom first – and find the intimacy to hear His voice and know His heart – He will add all the other things unto us. It is in intimacy that we know who He is. It is in intimacy that we know who we are. It is in intimacy that we learn how to war, contend and destroy the kingdom of the enemy. Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and see the camp of the enemy DESTROYED!

There will be a strong spirit of brotherhood among the warriors in this battlefield. There will no longer be a distinction between generations. Instead, the young and the old generations will fight side by side, hand in hand – fathers united with sons; sons one with their fathers. This war is a big family affair, with God the Father as overseeing His warriors, and His Son, Jesus the commander-in-chief.

Families are being united. Families are coming together like fingers coming to a fist. Where there used to be broken homes, God will restore love and unity and build an army in each household. Fathers will take up their mantle of leadership and rule. Fathers will teach and raise up warriors in their homes and train the hand of their sons and daughters for war. Fathers will take their position of being the head, not the tail, in families. Fathers will prophesy life to their children, speak words of life to them, show them the ways of God, instruct them in true worship, give identity and purpose, hone and sharpen their children as arrows so they can shoot them off – ready and prepared and equipped – to the battlefield. Fathers will produce mature warriors, not immature babies. Fathers will raise up strong worshipers, rabid intercessors, fervent kingdom seekers, fiery evangelists, loving shepherds, and intimate lovers of God. Fathers will walk in their God-given destiny and mantles! SO BE IT!!!

Generals as young as 12 and 13 are rising up. God isn't minding age. He doesn't set age limits because He is no respecter of persons. These young generals will strike at the enemy and the enemy will be surprised to see such empowered youth – filled with the Spirit of God, unafraid of facing the demons, emboldened by the love of God in their lives.

As the forerunners have run, many will follow. Seeing the courage of those that have gone before, will stir up the hearts and spirits of those that will come after. The Lord is raising up forerunners who will understand what it takes to go before everyone else; forerunners who know what the cost is; forerunners who are willing to leave every little bit of comfort just to see their nation changed and redeemed for the Lord.

As I see the soldiers, the warriors again on the battlefield, they continue to run to the fight; they continue to contend against the enemy; they continue to wage war for freedom in the land. As they do so, a huge wave of white water rushes from behind them and runs through them, but they are not harmed. Instead, it invigorates, refreshes and strengthens them. The mighty rushing waters fuels them and enables them to stand firm on every word of God as they persist in the war. But for the enemy and his soldiers, the waves of the river wipe them out and obliterate them into nothingness – easily! The river will make the fighting much easier for the warriors of God, for this river brings life for those who are in Christ, and destruction for those who are of the devil. LET THE RIVER FLOW, GOD!!!

You Shall Prevail

[for "Bright Star Who Abounds in Joy"]

Upon your head is His salvation;
in you lives Christ -- desire of nations
Your torso wrapped in righteousness,
which comes from Jesus' holiness
Upon your waist is fastened truth
to keep all lies from touching you
Keep on the fight, you will not fail;
He is with you -- you shall prevail

Your feet with readiness is now shod;
it comes from knowing the word of God
Your warrior feet will dance upon
the serpent's head for you have won
And on one hand you take up faith
to move those mountains, to learn to wait
Upon the Lord who does not fail;
press on Hadassa, you shall prevail

Your other hand will take up sword
a warrior's weapon, and then some more
The Spirit dwells in you to rise,
so live by faith, don't compromise
Your mouth will utter words of praise
and songs of worship and songs of grace
Your words of prayer will much avail,
for when you pray you shall prevail

Bright star, shine forth, the Savior calls;
rise up, He'll breakdown all those walls
Let all the joy within you shine;
rest in this truth: He calls you "Mine"
You are equipped, have gone through training
all this is practice for your reigning
So put on the armor and blaze a trail;
go forth, Hadassa, you shall prevail

Let the River Flow 2008: Kingdom Vision

Feb. 19, 2008 Tuesday 10:00 am
Pastor Rich Oliver

Kingdom - His rule, His power, His reign

God wants to see our government, our community, our schools changed.

God has transformed us and called us to be world transformers.

God is looking for people who will go where He goes and will say, "Lord, what are we going to do now?"

A revelation in our spirit about God's Kingdom will teach us about all we need to know.

CHARACTERISTICS OF KINGDOM PEOPLE:

Kingdom people have a GENUINE RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD THROUGH PRAYER.

It’s not just about God knowing our heart, it is also about KNOWING WHAT IS IN GOD'S HEART.

EVERY MOVE OF GOD BEGINS WITH PRAYER.

Breakthroughs come when you have the HABIT OF PRAYER.

Kingdom people have prayer as a CORE IN THEIR LIFE.

Kingdom people RECEIVE REVELATION FROM GOD... it is supernatural.

Expect dreams and visions from God. He has something for us; EXPECT GOD TO TELL YOU WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW.

The young do not have any preconceived ideas of how things are going to be done. We need to have that kind of spirit in us that says, "LORD OPEN THE EYES OF MY HEART. I WANT TO KNOW YOUR POWER."

Kingdom people are WILLING TO BREAK TRADITIONS.

We need to ALLOW GOD TO CHANGE OUR WHOLE THINKING just like He did to Peter. He broke the traditions of religion and society FROM A RIGHT HEART.

We need to SUBMIT OUR HEART TO GOD TO SEE HIS KINGDOM ADVANCE.

Pray for a teachable and accountable spirit.

Kingdom people LISTEN FOR GOD TO SPEAK.

God gives vision for a purpose. We have to wait on the Lord and ASK GOD TO UNDERSTAND THE DREAM.

Ask God and WAIT FOR THE REVELATION TO COME.

Kingdom people have EARS TO HEAR. We don’t have to keep moving when God is not moving.
YOU NEED WISDOM TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THE VISION.

Pray for understanding with the vision.

Kingdom people OBEY THE LORD.

God is doing a new thing in our midst. We need to KNOW THE VOICE OF THE LORD and must BE WILLING TO OBEY THE VOICE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

RADICAL BREAKTHROUGH REQUIRES RADICAL OBEDIENCE. He is looking for a people of faith who TRUSTS AND OBEYS BEFORE THEY KNOW.

OBEDIENCE TELLS THE FATHER THAT YOU LOVE HIM AND TRUST IN HIM.

Our relationship with Him is BASED ON FAITH RATHER THAN KNOWLEDGE.

Kingdom people are WILLING TO BE CHANGED.

More and more people will WANT TO BELONG BEFORE THEY BELIEVE.

We have to be willing to CHANGE OUR VIEW OF THE KIND OF PEOPLE GOD WILL SAVE. We have to ACCEPT EVERYONE because God's Kingdom is bigger than what we picture in our mind. We should purposely embrace these changes.

Pray for a willingness to be changed.

Kingdom people LIVE IN THE SPIRIT.

We need to LISTEN, WALK AND LIVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT. He will take you right to the edge.

His interest is FOR US TO GO TO PLACES WE WILL NEVER GO ON OUR OWN.

Kingdom people RELY ON THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR DIRECTION AND FOR EMPOWERMENT.

Kingdom people RECEIVE SPIRITUAL UNDERSTANDING.

Ask God for SPIRITUAL SIGHT.

DONT STOP AND BE CONTENTED WITH THE REVELATION.

Kingdom people ARE ACCOUNTABLE.

There is SAFETY IN ACCOUNTABILITY.

Pray that you are an accountable Christian so that greater revival is released.

Kingdom people PRAISE GOD TOGETHER FOR BREAKTHROUGHS.

REJOICE WITH ONE ANOTHERS' VICTORY, HEALING AND PROPHETIC INSIGHTS because we are called to be A FAMILY OF GOD that SPEAKS REVIVAL AND BREAKTHROUGH INTO OUR NATION TOGETHER.

Overflow

During this morning’s devotional time with my discipleship training classmates (Kuya Henry, Ate Ruby, Venus, Fiel and Edsel), the Lord showed me an image of a glass that was being filled to overflowing with water poured out from a pitcher. I got the impression that God was filling us up with the Holy Spirit in that time of worship and praise, as His presence was with us.

As the word was shared by Ate Ruby – reading from the prophet Isaiah (chapter 55) where it talks about the power of God’s word and that it never goes back to Him void but accomplishes His purposes – the Lord just began to expound the meaning of the pitcher-water-glass image He gave me.

“The Lord is filling us up with His word so that His word will effortlessly overflow from us unto others.”

Edsel also shared what the Lord impressed on Him with the reading of the passage in Isaiah and during the worship time. Edsel pointed out that sometimes we tend to get used to our comfort zones that we hinder the miracles of God and the power of His word from manifesting in our lives. Like the Israelites of old who preferred to go back to the comforts of Egypt – even though they were enslaved there – we sometimes want to maintain status quo in our lives.

Though we know there is so much more God can give us and do through us if we just boldly step out of our comfort zones and step out in faith, we allow ourselves to get held back by fear and intimidation of the unknowns in our lives. This also further clarified what the Lord meant in the water-filling vision. The Lord impressed upon me that He can only fill us when we are willing to first empty ourselves.

“Are you willing to empty yourself so that the Lord can fill you to overflowing? Your degree of emptiness determines the depth of the in-filling and the amount of the overflow!”

The Holy Spirit also revealed to me that the students in our discipleship class are being equipped with the Word so that we can make prophetic declarations and decrees over this nation.

“The Lord is filling us up with His word so that we can make prophetic decrees that come from an overflow of His word in us; decrees and declarations over the Philippines that will come to pass because His word does not return to Him void but fulfill its every purpose.”

Signs/Omens/Dreams

There was a dream of flying high on a broom stick and witnessing people practicing witchcraft right before my eyes.

Afterwards I flew on my own and landed on earth to fulfill my carnal desires.

There was a vision of a 16,000 peso check and a hidden 500 peso bill in my wallet.

Another vision was of a stairway to the skies leading to a grand gate or door in the heavens that looked like this.

When I dream of snakes, see them in pictures or on TV, it is always a warning from God.

Prophetic Word for the Philippines

This is the full text of the prophecy spoken by Cindy Jacobs over the Philippines...

The Lord would say to the Philippines... I am shaking everything that can be shaken so that no man can glory in what I will do. For I have waited for a generation that I could raise up a purity and a holiness in. And I am raising up firebrands! There is a forerunner anointing coming upon the youth of the Philippines that will prepare the way of the Lord, even into the Middle East . Look and see what I will do in Mindanao . For I am going to visit in a way that you cannot imagine! I am coming to Mindanao, says the Lord, as God and the Lord of Hosts, and I am going to start appearing. As a sign that I am going to truly change the nation, I am going to show Myself to the guerilla leaders. I am going to come, says the Lord, and I am going to begin at the places in the Philippines that have been the bloodiest, the places where the guerillas, insurrection have been the strongest.

And I am going to come with signs and wonders and miracles! I am getting ready to pour out a miracle anointing upon the Philippines such as the earth has never seen! For Indonesia , they had a mighty rushing wind. But in the Philippines they will have the fire from heaven that will begin to fall! And this will be a purging fire! And I will say, I will visit even as if in a day, says God. Do not think that I am not able to come in a day and begin to unravel the iniquities of the nation, says the Lord! I am going to visit the military. I am getting ready to come among the young in the military. And the Lord says, there's going to be a revolution of righteousness that comes within the military. I'm getting ready to dethrone everything that needs to be dethroned, for even the bowls of heaven are full. Oh, I see the bowls in heaven are just getting ready to be tipped over the Philippines and I am going to spill out my glory!

And the Lord says, I will remove the shame that Satan has tried to put upon this nation! And the Lord says, look and see, for even the blood of the martyrs cries out from Saudi Arabia! The blood of the martyrs cries out from those Islamic nations, and my Filipino people that have laid their lives down. Do not think I haven't seen it! Do not think I am looking away! Do not think I do not see you! Do not think I do not see you, Philippines , for I see you! You are the apple of my eye! You are a treasure unto me! This is the day and this is the hour when I begin to change everything, says the Lord! I'm going to change the judicial system. I'm going to dethrone corrupt judges. I'm getting ready to deal with the police force. I'm going to expose, expose, expose, expose!

And the Lord says, look and see what I will do! For I will open up my treasure chest from the Philippines ! And I am going to release finances for the Philippines that will surprise and shake even Hong Kong ! For I am getting ready to move a distribution of wealth, says God. And I am getting ready to open the oil! I am getting ready to open that which is in the ocean! I'm getting ready to bring forth a revolution even in the economic systems, in the finance systems!

Look to the university in Manila , says God. For I am going to bring a revival that the... Oh my Lord!... the Lord says, not hundreds, but thousands and thousands and thousands are going to get saved! The Lord says, can I touch a whole university? Yes, I can touch a whole university! I can come with My glory and I can come with My power in ways that you cannot imagine! For I am coming, says God! I am coming and I will remain, says the Lord.
