"The talents really present the things God gave us in life and in the second part we are responsible for others because Jesus loves them.
God wants us to use our blessings and talents, God gave them to us. He enjoys when we use them even if it's not used for holy things, just like anybody else, if they see you use the shirt they gave you or the bike they gave you, they are happy.
When we acknowledge God for the things that He gave us or the achievements or success that we attain, He would want to give us more. But what if we use our talents or blessings to help or do the 'purpose', God will also reward us.
It said in the verses that God will separate us later.
Our life is realy short compared to what is in store for us in the eternal."
